摘要: | 鞋楦設計是影響鞋品適腳性最重要的因素。傳統上,鞋楦設計應由許多腳型量測的資料組合而成,在這些由腳型量測而得到的資訊中,足長與足圍是影響鞋楦設計最重要的要因。本文利用雙常態分布的原理,以台灣地區2,486個成年男子的腳型資料為樣本,依據足長與足圍為變因作統計分析,得到一個有效率的腳型尺碼級放系統,更進一步獲得一系列的腳型尺碼資訊系統,提供鞋楦設計最重要的資訊,透過這些分析的結果,亦可同時算出這些鞋楦相對於適腳性人口的百分比。腳型尺碼資訊系統建立之後,將腳型資料轉換成鞋楦資訊,利用製鞋專業之套裝軟體,構建立體鞋楦模型並製造成鞋楦,再利用雷射線式三次元掃瞄機,掃瞄鞋楦取得鞋楦資料後,由這些取得的資料構建出實體模型,並發展多個演算法,由實體模型中,自動擷取出鞋楦重要組合部份的特徵資料,所擷取出的鞋楦特徵資料以數字化、圖線化的方式彙總,利用電腦繪圖的技術,將鞋楦模型及其上的特徵資料顯現於電腦螢幕上,以利鞋楦模型資料與腳型資料之比對,若有不合腳之鞋楦,重複修改鞋楦資料,以達到鞋品適腳性的需求。本文所發展出來的腳型尺碼資訊系統,及鞋楦實體模型構建與特徵資料量測系統對鞋楦設計有一定程度的貢獻,在整體製鞋工業中具有產業升級的作用。關鍵詞:鞋楦設計、雙常態分布、腳型尺碼級放系統、腳型尺碼資訊系統、雷射線式三次元掃描機、實體模型、特徵資料 The appropriateness of a shoe last design significantly impacts the fitness of the shoes thus produced. Traditionally, a shoe last is designed by using numerous foot measure data. Among all of the items of foot measure information, the foot length and joint girth are further identified as principle factors affecting shoe last design. In this paper, foot length and joint girth were analyzed by using a bi-variate normal distribution to obtain a more efficient foot size grading system. A set of 2486 adult maleUpon the completion of FSIS, a high speed and high precision 3D laser scanner is used to capture the shoe last data. The observed raw data are modified and transformed into the effective data for constructing the solid model of a shoe last. The associated feature values of the shoe last can then be derived by a set of algorithms. The solid model and the extracted features also can be shown on a monitor by using computer graphics techniques for convenient comparison and references.
