摘要: Agent的技术目前正蓬勃发展中,这样的技术不但适合发展下一代的软体系统,而且更适合发展网际网路上的软体。Agent通常被认为是一个具有自主性和行动力的个体。这样的特性提供了在设计软体上有着相当多的弹性和便利性,在面对日益复杂的软体架构下,许多人都希望Agent的相关技术能提供一些解决方法。但是由于这是一个新兴的领域,当中还是有一些问题需要解决。在这篇论文中,我们尝试去实作一个实验性的Agent执行平台,并探讨其中一些伴随Agent而产生的问题,同时也将展示一个在这平台上的应用程式。
Agent technology is an emerging technology and methodology for constructing next generation software systems, especially for Internet applications. An agent is an autonomous entity with reasoning capability, specific goals and perhaps mobility. Many researchers and practitioners have been expecting agent technology to revolutionize next generation software development practice to attack the complexities of future application systems. However, there is still much research work to be done for further investigation of the feasibility before the vision comes true. This thesis presents the construction of an agent execution environment. It also discusses several issues, which need be studied in the next future. Besides, it shows an example applying the platform.
