dc.description.abstract電信網路中有一項被廣泛應用在商業服務上的應用叫做話務中心,隨著電腦功能日驅強大,電腦在商業行為上的利用更加全面。話務中心在對使用者提供服務時對電腦的需求也變大,兩者的行為以緊密結合。 在本論文中就是利用Microsoft所提出,針對電腦電話整合應用的標準化程式介面TAPI(Telephony Application Programming Interface),在一私有線路交換機Jupiter Open Switch System上建立一個結合電腦的話務中心,並在經測試後證明TAPI架構的可行性。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractCall Center is a prevalent application in telephony network for business services. When the computer system is more and more powerful, almost all business services can be supported with computer. The Call Center is integrated with computer too. In this thesis, we use Microsoft TAPI to build a call center on Wincomm Jupiter Open Switch System. And integrate it with a LAN-base computer system. And prove the feasibility of this integration architecture.en_US
