dc.description.abstract在未來的網路中,必須滿足服務品質的保證,所以允入控制被提出來。然而由於不能 完全反映實際的訊務特性,以參數為基礎的允入控制無法有效地運用頻寬而限制了網路使 用率。為了提高網路使用率,因此測量基礎允入控制被提出。 不同於過去研究重點大都集中在允入判斷上,我們想藉著重新審視測量基礎允入控制 的架構與機制,來說明測量方式和更新預測的重要性,並討論在研究測量基礎允入控制時 ,應該要著重的問題和思考的方向。 在本論文中,我們先介紹幾種測量基礎允入控制的實際作法並歸納其運作的機制、討 論其缺點,然後提出改進的方法。另外,又根據訊務的行為來討論測量與更新的方式。之 後,我們提出多時間量度的測量基礎允入控制,並說明其詳細的作法。而最後我們透過比 較的結果,證實改良後的作法對效能的提昇的確有所助益。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractBecause of being unable to characterize practical traffic completely, the parameter-based admission control can not allocate bndwidth efficiently and will degrade utilization of networks. For this reason, measurement-based admission control (MBAC) is proposed and improves performance by means of on-line measurement. Unlike previous researches, which focus on admission judgement, we want to emphasize the importance of measurement and prediction by discussing the mechanisms of MBACs. In this thesis, first, we introduce three MBACs and discuss their mechansims and disadvantages. Then, we propose some methods to improve it and describe multiple time-scale MBAC. Finally, through the comparison, we vertify that our methods will indeed improve the performance.en_US
