營建流程心理及偏差行為之探討

Abstract

營建管理重在流程的協調。校園營建管理是教育行政後勤作業之一，其運籌行政著重在人，目的讓組織能協調一致。且使校園運籌行攻作業更能人與事相結合，因此本研究乃從心理學精微技巧中理情架構理論為基礎，運用其模組到校園營建管理的各流程所發生的問題上，並以探討營建管理的行政程序，在制式化過程中主事者的偏差行為分析。

The Logistics of the University campus Construction Management （LUCM）is one of school administration .It is the administration of logistic. This study is primarily for the LUCM which want to make on the University campus construction manager can to use counseling technique to the constructional administration.
