企業主與從業人員對職業災害發生原因之認知比較及其管理意涵--以配電業為例

Abstract

企業主與從業人員對職業災害發生原因 之認知比較及其管理意涵--以配電業為例 研究生：鄭光洋 指導教授：陳照明 國立交通大學經營管理研究所 摘要 本論文之研究係透過文獻探討所述災害發生之因果模式，就其中之基本原因與間接原因導致災害發生之架構，作為研究基礎，並以問卷調查佐以深入訪談，任意選取分布在各地配電業之企業主、勞工安全衛生人員、從業人員作為研究的對象，研究配電業企業主與從業人員對其認知程度、並分析比較其差異情形。經研究結果發現，從事配電業之人員對職業災害發生原因之認知不足，企業主又對安全衛生管理之不重視，因而造成不安全環境與不安行為，導致災害之發生，最後提出建議作為預防職業災害之發生之參考。

A Comparative Study on Proprietors’ and Labourers’ Cognition of Occupational Accident Causes and Their Managerial Implications—An example of the Distribution Industry Student : Kwang-Yang Cheng Advisor : Jaw-Ming Chen Institute of Business and Management National Chiao Tung University Abstract This thesis is based on a research through documents mentioned of the happening and the pattern of accidents. This research goes through questionnaire and support by further discussion. The selections are at random among the distribution industries owners, labourers, safety and health personnel, labourers as our objectives. The purpose is to discuss about the distribution industries owners and workers in regards to the depth of the knowledge and analyze their difference. This study can reveal that their cognition of occupational accident causes is very deficient and proprietors can’t attach importance to management of safety and health of labourers. These factors not only result in unsafe conditions and acts but also occupational accidents. Finally, we make the propose as reference to prevent the cause of occupational accidents.
