摘要: 高速火焰熔射( HVOF )目前已以被廣泛的應用於各種不同領域,尤其是在嚴苛的環境下。在鋼廠連續退火線高溫輥上,瓷金塗層可以延長輥輪的使用壽命,並可減少維修的成本。 本研究以不同比例的氧化鋁粉和配粉方式,利用HVOF方法來噴塗塗層,並對塗層做沈積率、微硬度、孔隙率及抗Build-Up測試,找出不同比例的氧化鋁粉和配粉方式對塗層的影響。 研究結果顯示,振動式混粉比行星式混粉有助於微硬度值的提升,但都降低了塗層的沈積率。適當比例的氧化鋁能增加塗層的微硬度值。氧化鋁比例越高抗Build-Up的能力越好。
HVOF has already been applied in several different field extensively, especially in the difficult condition. At continuous annealing line of steel-making factory, cermets coating on high-temperature roller can extend the using life of roller and reduce the cost of maintainence. In this research were used different mix rates of Al2O3 powder and styles of mill powder with HVOF process. Tests including deposition rate, microhardness, porosity and ability of resist Build-Up were conducted on the deposited cermets coating. The effect of different rate of Al2O3 and style of mill powder on the properties of coating were to be determined.. From the experiment results, the vibration mill can obtain greater the microhardness of coating then that of the ball mill, but both mills have lower deposition. Suitable rate of Al2O3 can increase microhardness of coating. The greater rate of Al2O3, the greater ability of resist Build-Up was also observed.
