dc.description.abstract本文利用類似Mindlin一階剪變形理論方法及全域座標、曲面座標、材料座標之間的轉換式,建立了雙曲率殼元素的理論。並以此理論所建立的有限元素模型來分析纏繞式圓柱管件受到側向衝擊力作用下的力學行為。 為了實驗上的方便,本文將採用半圓柱管件來模擬圓柱管件。在靜態的分析上,以靜態凹壓實驗方法求得三階段接觸定律的常數,並以實驗方法討論當纏繞厚度或纏繞角度改變時,各組試片在受到同一側向力作用下在力學分析上是否產生影響。同時並討論纏繞式三明治半圓管在受到上述力作用時,內外層纏繞角及厚度的改變是否會影響其力學行為。 動態衝擊分析上,由三階段接觸定律去預測衝擊的接觸力及時間,並與實驗值做一比較。而後以實驗方法討論纏繞的厚度及角度是否會對其衝擊行為構成影響,並研究三明治半圓管受衝擊作用時,內外層纏繞角度及厚度對於衝擊行為的影響。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe von Karman-Mindlin theory and transformation matrixes between global, surface and material coordinate are used to create the bicurvature shell element in this paper. The finite element method based on the bicurvature shell element is used to study the mechanical behavior of winding composite cylindrical structure subjected to a lateral impact load. Semicylindrical structures are used to simulate full cylindrical structures for the convenience in experiment. We use the static indentation test to derive the constants in contact laws. According to the static experiment, we can get the static mechanical behavior after changing the winging thickness or angle. So does the semicylindrical sandwich structure. In impact analysis, we use contact laws to forecast contact load and contact time, and compare with the value of experiment. Close agreements between the experimental and theoretical results have been observed. According to the impact experiment, we can find any changing condition by changing winding thickness or angle. We also know whether the impact behavior of the sandwich structure subjected to a lateral impact load will changed by changing winding angle or thickness for inner or outer layer.en_US
