dc.description.abstract目前,在製鞋工業,尤其在塑料鞋部門中,以應用氯丁橡膠與甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝聚合溶液的接著劑為主流。近年來,又基於環保問題,必須改變接枝聚合溶劑的配方,不能使用苯、甲苯及二甲苯等致癌的芳香族溶劑。 本文研究以其它溶劑代替甲苯來作接枝聚合,並藉由改變聚合的條件及起始劑的種類…等種種相關的實驗,希望能得到一個最適合的配方,以取代傳統利用甲苯合成的方法,並以黏度測試、固成分測試、剝離之接著力測試、GPC測試及FTIR測試來判別接枝的行為與界面分析。 實驗結果顯示,利用非甲苯系有機溶劑MEK/Cyclohexane的組合,配合起始劑的搭配(AIBN+BPO),並控制CR/MMA的比例為100/60,在70℃下聚合時所得之接枝膠,其性能較傳統甲苯系接著劑佳,對軟質PVC的剝離強度可達4.2㎏/㎝之良好效果,可直接應用於製鞋工業上。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractMethyl methacrylate is grafted on chloroprene to produce copolymer adhesive for the sheets of PVC and leather in shoe-making industry. To view an organic solvent from the standpoints of environmental protection and health of human being, aromatic compounds such as benzene, toluene and xylene must to put out of consideration. This research uses MEK/Cyclohexane for solvent and with various mole ratio of CR/MMA in polymerization. Testing of viscosity, solid content, 900- peeling strength, GPC and FTIR were carried out. The optimum condition are:using (AIBN+BPO) as initiator, the CR/MMA ratio being 100/60, and polymerization temperature at 70℃. It is found the better properties than traditional solvent. A 900- peeling strength value of 4.2 kg/cm of PVC is obtained. That is good enough for shoe making industry.en_US
