摘要:	在這篇論文裡，它可以分為兩個部分。第一部分是Linux工作平台的架構。它包括了Redhat Linux和X-Window的安裝，另外還有NFS Server、NIS Client、MPI程式的架構。第二部分是drift-diffusion model的平行化。 This thesis consists of two parts. One is the span of Linux workstations include installing of Redhat, X-window,NFS server, MPI programs, NIS server. The other is the parallel programs of drift-diffussion model using MPI.
