摘要: | 本論文之研究重點是在發展一個醫學的應用軟體,此軟體的主要目的是將重建後的腦電位分佈圖以三維方式來呈像,且可以不同視角來觀測頭殼上電位分佈圖,並有助於醫學上進行腦病變源定位分析。
三維影像呈像之方法則採用透視投影與Delaunay三角化,以提高影像的立體效果,此外再配合DirectX繪圖函式庫的應用,使呈像結果的變化更為靈活。
由有限記錄點之資訊內插以得到完整腦電位分佈圖,其中關於內插電位的方法,有別於以往的方法如4NN與Spherical Splines等,本實驗使用三維濾波器法來處理,以期在合理之運算效率下能提高內插的效果。 The aim of this thesis is to develop a software system applied in the medical area. The major goal of the software system is to display the reconstructed brain potential mapping in the 3D manner. The system provides the brain potential mappings observed from different viewpoints. In addition, it aids the medical experts to analyze the focal source of abnormality. To enhance the stereographical effect, the 3D graphical display was designed by utilizing the perspective projection and Delaunay triangulation. Supported by the DirectX function library, the software system provides a versatile tool for 3D display. To obtain the complete brain potential mapping from a finite number of recording electrodes, we applied an innovative method, the 3D filtering method, instead of the widely used 4NN (four-nearest-neighbor) and spherical splines methods. The 3D filtering method results in a better interpolated potential mapping, while the computational efficiency is reasonable. |
