台灣TFT-LCD面板製造廠之產能決策研究

Abstract

TFT－LCD（Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display）薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器是目前台灣光電產業中，關鍵零組件發展的重心；台灣在TFT－LCD薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器產業的生產與研發上，已經有不少廠商進行投資設廠的工作，利用技術移轉合作的模式引進國外廠商成熟的技術。 產能決策所扮演的角色在於制訂企業組織內部有關生產活動的工作，並且根據產品的市場調查，決定產品的預期生產數量，讓產品的產能達成既定的產能計畫，並對產品的生產成本得以有效控制，致使企業獲得最大收益的目標。然而市場環境的變化迅速，應如何善用企業的內外資源，做好產品產能決策，才是企業經營成功的關鍵。 本研究主要是針對TFT－LCD面板製造廠的產能決策，將它定位在一年為期的產能計畫，並考量市場需求、產品價格趨勢、產品生產組合，以及產品製造成本的結構等等相關要素，進行產能決策的數學模式建置工作，經由模式的計算，可預期產能計畫的營運報酬。 在產品生產組合上，考量單一型式產品、兩種產品與多種產品的決策分析，及對模式驗證過程中，有關產能規劃的相關決策方法，提出具體建議，以提供TFT－LCD面板製造廠參考使用。

The TFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) is a key component of the optical industry in today's Taiwan. By the reason of its importance, many people invest the new manufacturing plants continuously and also cooperate with the advanced company by transferring the mature process technology to establish the TFT-LCD industry quickly. The capacity decisions played the role that could help enterprise to establish the smooth production activity. Based on the research of the products marketing, the production quantities and the plant capacity can be determined. Through the good capacity decisions, the enterprise can get the largest benefit and lowest cost. Furthermore, it's an important succeed factor of enterprise that can use the internal and external resources properly. This study shows the capacity decisions of the TFT-LCD manufacturing plant during one year. The decision-making conditions include the factor of marketing, product price, product mix and manufacture cost. Using the computation processes by constructing the suitable mathematical model, the capacity planning of future benefits can be obtained. This study also validates that product mix situation contains one product, two kinds of product and many kinds of product.
