dc.description.abstract需求不確定性、產品多樣化與交期縮短是訂單式組裝生產系統在備料管理上的主要困擾因素。管理人員一般皆以設定材料安全存量水準、調整需求預測,與規劃瓶頸機台產能水準等三種策略因應之。本文在考量缺貨損失、存貨持有與產能閒置等三項成本總合最小化之基準下,構建以需求驅動之多期、多產品線性規劃備料決策模式,提供上述三種策略的參考。然而產品生命週期有日益縮短的現象,更在不同階段呈現迥異的需求特性與成本結構,此等數量之決定著實困擾著相關的決策人員。準此,針對產品生命週期於各個階段所展現的需求與成本特性,進一步延伸前述模式之應用,使生命週期現象得以納入決策過程之考量。再者,決策者常會面臨模糊或語意不清的資訊等不確定性現象,又或因主觀判斷所產生的模糊性現象,使備料作業之管理問題在分析時更為棘手。本文即定義各成本參數值的可能性分配,從而構建一在模糊決策環境下之可能性線性規劃備料模式,協助決策者合理地調整顧客需求預測值、設定適當的材料安全存量,並適時地調節所需的產能水準,期使生產決策最適化。藉由本文的研究結果,可提供適當的資訊給生產管理部門進行零件備料決策與產能投資之參考,據以提昇作業管理的效能。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractDemand uncertainty, product proliferation and shortening due date are major ingredients that result in material requirement planning difficulties for assemble-to-order (ATO) firms. To deal with the managerial problems of these challenges, managers generally adopt three strategies that include safety stock determination, demand forecast regulation, and key machine capacity planning. Thus, this study constructs demand driven material planning models that divide into three patterns, (1) fundamental models that do not consider product life cycle; (2) product life cycle based models that take into account the demand characteristics and cost structure associated with different stages in product life cycle; (3) possibilistic linear programming models for considering decision environment with fuzzy cost parameters.
