dc.description.abstract  透過網路進行電子商務的雙方並不直接面對面交易,因此交易過程所衍生的安全問題格外重要,尤其是金錢移轉對於正確性與安全性的要求更為嚴謹。因為一旦交易安全受到質疑,便無法營造買賣雙方互相信賴的環境,電子商務也就不可能成功。 比較電子付款系統與實體世界付款系統之關聯性,本研究將電子付款系統分為線上信用卡付款、電子現金、電子支票、及小額付款四類;其中,電子現金尚可與智慧卡結合,稱之為智慧卡型電子現金,可以提供更多功能與更高附加價值。 本研究探討各種電子府款系統之優缺點與發展現況,分析各電子付款系統所適用之環境與未來發展趨勢,針對商家與消費者對於電子付款系統之需求,提供欲建置電子商務服務系統之商家,或欲發展電子商務付款機制之企業參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstract  Two parties conducting business transaction through internet do not see each other face to face, neither exchange any document hand to hand. Especially when there is money transfer from a buyer to a buyer, the accuracy and security of electronic commerce is even more critical. Comparing the commonality of electronic payment systems and the existing currency payment systems, this thesis classified four electronic payment systems: On-Line Credit Card Payment; Electronic Cash; Electronic Check; and Micropayments. Electronic Cash based on IC smart card can provide even more value-added functions. The thesis explored the advantages and drawbacks of each of the major electronic payment systems; analyzed each one's applicable environment; the development trends and the needs of merchants and consumers. These findings should be useful for companies who are planning to adopt an electronic commerce system.en_US
