設計與製作一個個人化服務管理系統

Abstract

隨著資訊技術的演進和電子商務的快速發展，如何根據使用者的喜好提供個人化的服務是電子商務中的關鍵問題。在本篇論文當中，首先提出一個幫助服務提供者用來建立服務的機制，然後我們設計一個『個人化服務管理系統』，利用組合適當的服務，這一個系統可以及時的提供個人化服務。在個人化服務管理系統當中，每一個使用者都有一個『虛擬私人規則庫』，這一個虛擬私人規則庫是用來紀錄個人資訊，個人化服務管理系統根據每個人的個人資訊推論出適合的服務，並且藉由虛擬私人規則庫，可以很容易管理使用者的個人資訊。 此外，藉由分析使用者的行為，我們的系統將會提供建議給服務提供者和使用者。我們實作個人化資訊管理系統的雛型，並且以實驗方式證明個人化服務管理系統可以提供適合的建議給使用者。因此，個人化服務管理系統很適合用來提供和管理個人化的服務。

Due to the dramatic improvement of information technology and the rapid growth of E-commerce, how to provide personalized services to users according to their favorites becomes a key factor of the success of E-commerce. In this thesis, a service construction approach is first proposed to help service providers to create their services, and then we design an object-oriented Personalized Service Management System (PSMS) which can provide the personalized services at run-time by properly combining some services created by service construction approach. In PSMS, each user owns a Virtual Private Rule Base (VPRB) to store personal information, which can be used to infer the appropriate services, so that the management of users' profiles can be easily done. Besides, our system will provide suggestions for both service providers and the users by analyzing users' behaviors. A prototype of PSMS is implemented and the experimental result shows that the PSMS can provide appropriate suggestions for users. Therefore, we may conclude PSMS is applicable to provide and manage personalized services.
