dc.description.abstract在一些無線通訊的系統中,經常需要寬頻與線性度佳頻率可調的微波源如壓控振盪器與YIG振盪器。在本論文,探討了封裝與未封裝的主動元件設計於陶瓷版和RO4003電路軟板上的YIG振盪器特性。在本論文中使用了微波電路設計的模擬軟體來輔助設計寬頻匹配的電路預測電路振盪的頻率並避免寄生振盪的產生,設計的方法與步驟也將在本文中敘述。最後,成功的在Ro4003軟版上製作出頻寬3.6GHZ to 4.7GHz,陶瓷板上做出了3.2GHz到6.5GHz可調的寬頻YIG振盪器。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractMicrowave sources such as VCOs and YIG oscillators having broadband tunability are often required for modern communication and measurement systems﹒In this thesis﹐we have studied the characteristics of YIG-tuned oscillator using(Surface Mount)packaged transistors and die transistors on RO4003 substrate﹒Several kinds of load matching circuits are simulated by microwave CAD tool﹐Libra﹐to predict the oscillation frequency and to avoid spurious oscillation and unwanted effects﹒AutoCAD tool is used for layout pattern﹒The design procedures of YIG-tuned Oscillator are also presented﹒ Furthermore﹐the YIG-tuned Oscillators fabricated on RO4003 with a bandwidth from 3.6GHz to 4.7GHz and ceramic substrate with a bandwidth from 3.2GHz to 6.5GHz are successfully manufactured﹒en_US
