dc.description.abstract為克服傳統叢集式細胞規劃法則在處理不規則排列街道以及不均勻話務量分佈等情況時產生的困難,本論文發展一細胞規劃法則,利用電波傳播模式預估各基地台場強分佈,並決定無線電鏈結所要求的系統參數,而後根據細胞相關位置計算各基地台使用頻道限制另外發展不固定式頻道指配法則,最後藉由標準棋盤式街道以及不規則式排列街道並考慮均勻和不均勻話務量等情況比較傳統叢集式細胞規劃法則和本論文所提出的細胞規劃法則之效能。比較結果顯示,在標準棋盤式街道,本法則與傳統法則效能相當,不過在不規則排列街道及不均勻話務量分佈均有優異的表現zh_TW
dc.description.abstractn order to overcome the difficulties in dealing with irregular street arrangement and non-uniform traffic load distribution in traditional cluster cell planning, the thesis develops a cell planning rule. It predicts the field strength distribution of each base station by radio propagation model, we also determine the system parameter as radio link demand. Then, calculate the frequency constraint of each base station according to related location of cell to develop unfixed frequency allocation rule. Finally, compare the traditional cluster cell planning rule with the rule developed in thesis by means of the standard chessboard-street and irregular street as well as uniform and non-uniform traffic load. The result shows that, the rule developed in this thesis has same performance as traditional rule when consider standard chessboard street, but the rule developed in this thesis has an excellent performed in irregular arrangement street and non-uniform traffic load distribution.en_US
