摘要: | FAQ是資訊檢索的一個應用方向,這些經過人工整理,以一問一答方式呈現的資料,如能有效應用,將可提高使用者進行資訊檢索的滿意度。因此針對FAQ若能提供一個口語化查詢機制,將有助於系統的親和力及使用率。口語化查詢基本上允許使用者透過其所熟悉之口語化語句,不限格式、語法,讓使用者自然敘述他所希望查詢到的資料。在本論文中,我們將針對電信服務業務相關查詢作業,研製一個口語化的FAQ查詢系統。此系統可透過簡單操作之滑鼠選單及鍵盤輸入介面,結合動畫的活潑化及語音聲效之回應,來作客戶服務,便利使用者查詢資料。本系統共包括關鍵詞搜尋、容錯處理、對談管理、相似度計算及FAQ資料維護等五個主要模組。關鍵詞搜尋模組利用本系統所建立之關鍵詞庫,以最長詞匹配原則,將使用者查詢句子斷成詞串並標註每個詞的詞類屬性。容錯處理模組則是對查詢句子中的關鍵詞作容錯檢查。對談管理主要作用在於控制流程,根據使用者輸入之查詢句子及系統目前已有的資料,判斷是否有足夠資料向資料庫查詢。相似度計算模組用來計算使用者查詢句子與FAQ問句兩者間之相似度。FAQ資料維護模組主要是負責擷取網頁上原始的FAQ資料並將這些原始資料轉入FAQ資料庫,同時負責FAQ索引檔案建檔及維護。 FAQ(Frequently Asked Questions) is an application of information retrieval. To retrieve such question-answer corpus, a natural language liked query interface will be facilitate user’s information requests. In this thesis, A FAQ inquiry system applicable for Chinese telecommunication services will be proposed and implemented. The system provides both catalog menu and natural language liked interface for user to undergo their information requests. There are five main modules in the proposed system, namely, keyword spotting, fault-tolerance, dialogue manager, similarity calculation and maintenance module. Keyword spotting is to extract meaningful keywords from user’s query with the help of a system dictionary. The fault-tolerance mechanism deals with some kinds of input errors. The dialogue manager controls the inquiry flow. The similarity calculation module is to rank the candidate answers by calculating the similarity between a user’s query and candidate FAQs. The maintenance module is responsible for retrieving the source FAQ from web site and reformatting the data into our FAQ database. It also builds the index file to speed up the searching time. |
