摘要: | 由於資訊技術領域具有突破性的發展,電子商務環境的日漸成熟,朝向應供鏈整合的趨勢發展,不論系統層次的資訊基礎架構以及中介軟體層次的整合架構,其業界標準均已逐漸浮現,但仍受限於標準未能落實,如供應鏈資訊基礎架構的「鏈」,並沒有完整的標準,使得不同的資訊系統之間整合困難。
因此,提出一個半導體產業供應鏈資訊基礎之架構。設計一套大家所公認的語文含意辦別方式,如同人類語文的字典,建立供應鏈共同之語言(資料字典)、以半導體供應鏈流程建構供應鏈傳輸訊息範本及運用XML相關之程式技術(XML),建構「鏈」的資訊基礎架構,針對系統對系統(B TO B)間資訊交換整合之需求建立一個供應鏈上、下游之半導體供應鏈資訊基礎模型。
本研究之成果在如下(1)建構企業資訊系統對企業資訊系統(B TO B)介面,加強各應用軟體的互通界面、(2)提出涵蓋半導體產業上下游資訊交換標準、(3) 提供以XML 為基礎交易介面流程,XML的主要功能之一即是提供在網際網路環境中資料交換,本架構更進一步將企業流程合整合在XML範本中,運用面將更為有彈性。
透過此架構的運作,可以提供半導體產業新的供應鏈資訊基礎架構。並可為供應鏈間之資訊做有效的整合及交換。 Due to rapid innovation in the field of information technology, e-commerce environment has gradually matured towards the trend of integrated supply chain management. Though industry standards in system-level IT infrastructure and middleware level architecture have gradually emerged in recent years, however, the constraint of diverse standards makes it difficult to integrate various architectures. The reaserch focus on supply chain information infrastructure for the semiconductor industry. The study uses data dictionary, supply chain flow message and extended markup language (XML) to design message exchange templates to build a system model between the upstream and downstream supply chain partners. The results of this research are to construct a Business-to-Business (B2B) information system interface, present a standard of information exchange and provide transaction interface infrastructure based on XML. From the operation of this information infrastructure, we demonstrate an architecture for semiconductor industry supply chain information infrastructure. It can be integrated information for semiconductor industry supply chain. |
