摘要: 摘 要 近來我國高科技產業日益蓬勃發展、一日千里,將來更是臺灣整體高科技產業發展之重心所在。而高科技產業最重要的核心資產為其研發人員,因高科技產業特性包括時間急迫性、時時在與時間賽跑,而這些產業特性使這些研發人員,感受到大量的工作負荷,而研發人員的工作壓力變化情況如何?是一個值得深入探討之主題。本研究以實證方式,去探討高科技產業中研發人員工作負荷對工作壓力的關聯性,工作負荷與工作壓力壓力之間是否有顯著關係存在?且此關係是否因人格特質、社會支持等變項不同而有差異?研究中以土城地區高科技廠商之研發人員為研究對象,共發出問卷400份,回收有效問卷共175份。 經問卷統計分析發現:(1)工作負荷與工作壓力有顯著正相關。(2)高科技產業研發人員工作負荷對工作壓力之影響因人格特質不同會有顯著差異。(3) 工作負荷對工作壓力之影響因社會支持不同會有顯著差異。 關健字:工作負荷、工作壓力、人格特質、社會支持。
Summary During recent years, the hi-tech industry of our country has been developing prosperously, and will be the emphasis for the overall industries development in Taiwan. The most important core for hi-tech industry is its R&D personnel, since the hi-tech industry has the feature of time pressing, to always in the running competition with time. For this feature, what are the work overload and work stress felt by these R&D personnel? It is a topic worth of discussion to depth. By real case study, this research tries to discuss the work load and work stress of these R&D personnel and the connection between the two. Is there any significant relationship between the work load and work stress? Is this relationship different because of variants such as personality characteristics, social support etc? This study selected the R&D personnel of hi-tech factories in Tu-Cheng area, with 400 questionnaires issued, and 175 valid questionnaires received. After analyzing these questionnaires, the research finds that: (1) Work overload and work stress are significantly correlated. (2) For hi-tech R&D personnel, the influence on work stress by work overload is significantly different for different personality characteristics. (3) The influence on work stress by work overload is significantly different because of the difference in social support.
