dc.description.abstract | 本論文中提出一整合動態偵測電路之CMOS image sensor的設計。動態偵測可以應用在防火偵測、保全監視及智慧型機器人控制等方面。本論文提出利用switched-capacitor的技巧,構思出一switched-capacitor difference detection stage電路;此一電路可進行影像像素值差異的運算並將運算所得結果讀出,進而得到動態偵測的功能。所設計之整合動態偵測電路的CMOS image sensor其作用及效能均在常溫下由模擬驗証完成並整合至一32×32的感測晶片中。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This thesis presents a design of CMOS image sensor with on-chip movement detection capacity. Movement detection can be applied to fire detection, surveillance system, and vision based control of intelligent robotic systems. We propose to use the switched-capacitor technique to design a switched-capacitor difference detection stage. This stage computes the image pixel’s difference and outputs this differential signal. This circuit has been successfully simulated and integrated into a 32×32 sensor chip. | en_US |
