dc.description.abstract在本論文中,我們使用可調式光纖Fabry-Perot濾波器來作掃描元件,並利用Fabry-Perot Etalon 及光纖光柵來產生波長參考訊號,與待測的DFB Laser的光波長訊號藉由時間多工的方法通過光纖式Fabry-Perot濾波器,再利用電腦做峰值的偵測,並以此來決定DFB 雷射的波長。我們並針對不同訊號處理方法之解析度進行理論分析且與實驗結果來作比較。其次,包括針對監測系統中的光訊號進行理論模擬,求得理論上系統解析度的極限,並根據實驗的數據,加入適當的雜訊,再以之前所提到的訊號處理方法進行比較分析。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis we study a DWDM multi-channel optical wavelength monitoring scheme based on the scanning Fabry-Perot filter technology. The scheme utilizes a fiber-pigtailed scanning Fabry-Perot tunable filter for the optical wavelength monitoring. In our scheme we choose to use a Fabry-Perot Etalon and a fiber Bragg grating to generate a multi-wavelength reference signal for calibrating the measuring results from the scanning Fabry-Perot filter. The optical signals from the DFB lasers to be monitored and the multi-waveldngth reference signal enter the measurement system in different adjacent time slots by the use of an optical switch. By comparing the results of the adjacent two measurements, one can determine the optical wavelengths of the DFB lasers accurately. We have also performed some theoretical simulation to study the theoretical resolution limits of this scheme. A noise analysis of the scheme has also been carried out and is presented in details.en_US
