dc.description.abstract飛利浦的知識管理 摘要 本論文介紹飛利浦如何運用其BEST專案的知識管理,以求獲致其政策宣言中所揭示之以速度與團隊達成企業卓越的目標。 論文後段則敍述飛利浦位於台灣竹北地區的生產工廠在推行BEST專案時,因逢其遷移生產設備至中國大陸而即將關閉,竹北工廠一面要繼續其生產及交貨的任務,一面要進行遷移作業,如何能順利推動BEST專案乃成為一大課題。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractKnowledge Management in Philips ABSTRACT This paper introduces the knowledge management framework of Philips. With a program named BEST, Philips will try to achieve her business excellence by speed and team work. In the last part of the paper, a local Philips factory in Chupei Taiwan is introduced. The implementation of BEST program conflicted with the factory divesting project. The paper describes the conflict and the solution of this local factory.en_US
