dc.description.abstract半導體製程較為複雜且製造現場常發生不可預期的事件,使得產品的生產週期時間不易管理。目前較常見之週期時間管理方法多為長期規劃,這類方法主要是靠資料之分析來進行初期之規劃,對於製造現場所發生的不可預期事件較無法即時管理。 本研究目的在於建立一套即時生產週期時間的改善機制;引用批量管制時程來對批量進行即時監控,並提出一個即時的替代途程評估機制來衡量是否轉換途程可以得到週期時間之改善。模擬的結果顯示,本研究提出之替代途程評估機制在預設延遲批量較少的情況下可以得到相當不錯的改善績效,達到對延遲做即時反制、降低週期時間的目的。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn semiconductor manufacturing, some manufacturing operations may be performed by different routes. In order to improve the on-time delivery of IC foundries, this research develops a method for the possibly delayed lots in the decision-making of changing routes. A lot is identified as a possibly delayed one whenever its progress of manufacturing is behind its lot control schedule. The lot control schedule defines the target progress of each operation of the lot. For a particular possibly delayed lot, facing the choice of two alternative routes, the lot is assigned to take the route where all the lots in the route that are possibly delayed have shorter cycle time. That is, if the lot is dispatched to a route, it may increase the cycle time of all the other lots in the route and may become possibly delayed ones. The cycle time of all these lots in a route can be computed by a method developed in this research. Simulation results show that the proposed method for changing routes can effectively improve on-time delivery when the percentage of planned delayed lots is low (10%), and cannot work well when the percentage of planned delayed lots is relatively high (15%).en_US
