摘要: | 所謂接單式生產就是接到顧客訂單後才開始生產,屬於客製化較多,其優點為零庫存壓力,可滿足消費者多樣化的需求。但傳統接單式生產企業中,較缺乏電子化,過多的人工重複作業,使得資訊傳遞與儲存較不易,造成高階主管無法立刻得知最新正確的資訊,導致企業競爭力衰退,推動企業電子化將有助於解決這些問題,使企業競爭力提升。而電子化即利用網路與電腦來協助處理日常的人工作業,讓資料能夠快速處理和儲存,更進一步可使各部門間的資訊可以交換與分享,因此電子化使得企業內部資訊迅速、正確地傳送,能夠輔助企業對於市場需求變化做較正確預測、快速反應。
本研究目的針對過多人工重複作業的傳統接單式生產企業如何導入電子化應用的專案管理工作,構建成典型的企業電子化流程,以供企業界參考運用。應用本研究企業電子化模式,達成資源整合、庫存降低、有效掌控專案進度等綜合效益,以提升企業競爭力。
本研究首先針對接單式生產問題做電子化分析,進而建立企業電子化導入流程,接著以B公司為對象做個案研究,透過本研究之接單式生產企業電子化流程應用,搭配現有電子化軟體,協助B公司完成企業內電子化,使有限資源能有效運用。
本研究成果:(1)建立接單式生產企業電子化流程;(2)B公司個案應用。 What is called build-to-order (BTO) is initiating producing after getting customer’s order, so it’s more customized. It’s excellent for zero stocks, and for better satisfaction of customer’s variable demands. However, most traditional business in BTO don't have their business electronified. Therefore, too much repeating work of manpower makes information transmission and saving become more difficult, and causes the superintendents can’t get immediate and correct information right away; consequently, it turns down the business competitiveness. Promoting E-Business would be helpful to these problems, and to level the enterprise's competitiveness up. The so-called evolution uses intranet and computer to help dealing with routine, and make information can be rapidly processed and saved. Futhermore, it can make exchanging and sharing information between departments happen. Therefore, evolution could make information quickly and correctly delivered inside of the company. It can be help business make more precise prediction and faster reaction for the shifts of market's demand. The research is aimed at how to get started to use electionic-applied project management to construct a typical E-Business process. And, it can serve as reference for companies. An Application of this make-business-electronic mode to achieve intergrating resources, reducing inventory, effectively handling the project schedule, and so on can increase company's competitiveness. This research first focuses on electically analyzing BTO’s problem, and then builds a process of E-Business. Secondly, take company B as the researching subject, help company B to shift itself to be electronic, and let limited resources effectively utilized through the process application of making BTO business electronic together with a software on market conditions. The result of this research: (1) Building a process of E-Business in BTO, (2) Taking B company as a sample. |
