摘要: 本研究乃是利用表面官能化之矽酸鹽層(APTS-Kenyaite),與聚亞醯胺(BTDA-ODA)以共價鍵的方式合成APTS-Kenyaite/BTDA-ODA奈米複合材料,並分析其性質。首先使用SiO2、H2O及NaOH,以水熱法合成Na-Kenyaite,再用鹽酸(H+)與Na-Kenyaite作陽離子交換反應,合成H-Kenyaite,最後用偶合劑(Coupling Agent)γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS)與H-Kenyaite進行Silylation,製備具有-NH2反應官能基的APTS-Kenyaite。將APTS-Kenyaite和3, 3′, 4, 4′-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA)、4-4’-oxydianiline (ODA)所合成的聚醯胺酸(Poly (amic acid) )混合,然後經脫水閉環反應(Imidization),形成共價鍵結之Kenyaite/聚亞醯胺奈米複合材料。
Covalently bonded Kenyaite/Polyimide nanocomposites have been synthesized by surface modified Kenyaite and Polyimide (BTDA-ODA). The thermal、mechanical and moisture absorption properties of these nanocomposites were investigated. First, Na+-Kenyaite was cation- exchanged with H+ to form H-Kenyaite. H-Kenyaite was silylated with γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS) in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) to form APTS- Kenyaite. Then, poly (amid acid) consisted of 3, 3′, 4, 4′-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA), 4-4′-oxydianiline (ODA) was synthesized in DMAc. Subsequently, different amount of APTS-Kenyaite in DMAc was mixed with poly (amic acid). These APTS-Kenyaite/Poly (amic acid) films were subject to thermal treatment for converting to APTS- Kenyaite/BTDA-ODA nanocomposites.
