dc.description.abstractIn the Computer Graphic, the simulation of surface defects is very important. Scratch is one kind of surface defects. It does not always affect the apparent geometry, but remain visible. In this thesis we propose a solution for the efficient representation of scratches on object surface. Our system generates the height field of scratched surface based on profile of real world scratch. We can synthesize the surface scratch successfully.en_US
