供應鏈中產能擴充與存貨管理的最佳化模式

Abstract

本研究提出一個具有存貨控管與產能擴充之數學模式，其改良了黎漢林等人的供應鏈線性模式與Rajagopalan等人的產能關係式。主要優點有二：一、本研究所提出的模式涵蓋需求預測、採購、生產、運送、銷售等層面，並整合存貨管理與產能擴充決策；二、使用的線性化策略可有效轉換非線性產能限制式，使其成為線性的零壹問題，能保證得到全域最佳解。

This paper purposes a mathematical programming model that can perform inventory control and capacity expansion. It improves the supply chain linear model developed by Li et al. and also refines the solution approach of the capacity constraint addressed by Rajagopalan et al.. There are two advantages in our research: first, it involves demand forecast, purchase, production, transportation and sale, and integrates inventory management and capacity expansion decisions. Second, we use an effective linearization strategy to translate the non-linear capacity constraint into a linear 0-1 problem, which can be proved to obtain a global optimal solution.
