dc.description.abstract梯型表面聲波濾波器之設計 研究生:李計增 Student:Ji-Tzeng Lee 指導教授:高曜煌 博士 Advisor:Dr. Yao-Huang Kao 國立交通大學電信工程學系碩士班 摘要 本論文利用Mason等效電路模型建立微波模擬平台以方便研究各種超聲波濾波器,並設計單埠和雙埠表面聲波諧振器,其中雙埠表面聲波諧振器中心頻率為110.592 MHz,其量測結果與模擬響應相當吻合。提岀表面聲波諧振器最佳化設計流程,並系統化粹取出其等效電路模型中的各個參數。最後,利用單埠表面聲波諧振器(One-Port SAW Resonator)成功地設計出梯型表面聲波濾波器,其中心頻率為110.592 MHz、未匹配插入損失為 6~9 dB、3 dB頻寬為1.5 MHz、截止頻帶抑制達30~35 dB、波形因子(Shape factor)為1.2~1.3。此設計方法同樣可應用於射頻前端鏡像消除濾波器。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe Design of Ladder-Type Surface Acoustic Wave Filter Student:Ji-Tzeng Li Advisor:Dr. Yao-Huang Kao Institute of Communication National Chiao Tung University ABSTRACT A microwave simulation platform based on Mason model is developed to study conveniently the various acoustic filter structure . To design one-port and two-port surface acoustic wave resonator. The center frequency of the two port SAW resonator is 110.592 MHz .And it has good agreement between our simulation and measurement. Optimum SAW resonator design flow is developed and each of its lump circuit parameter is also extracted systematically .Finally , ladder-type filter is designed successfully using one-port SAW resonator ; The filter’s specification :center frequency is 110.592 MHz 、unmatched insertion loss is about 6~9 dB、stopband rejection is 30~35 dB、shape factor is around 1.2~1.3.This design method can also be applied to RF front end image cancellation filter.en_US
