dc.description.abstract本論文利用混成微波積體電路製程,以共平面波導結構,製作兩部分電路。 第一部份分別以濾波器和相位式結構,製作窄頻及寬頻鏡像消除混頻器,應用於LMDS 28GHz上。量測結果在所需中頻頻段上,前者有30dB、後者有20dB之鏡像消除比。 第二部分製作Ka頻段(34GHz)壓控振盪器,再以雙推式結構,將振盪頻率上推至V頻段(68GHz)。前者相位雜訊-86dBc於100kHz offset,可調頻率範圍700MHz,後者相位雜訊-93dBc於1MHz offset,基頻抑制21dB。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis thesis utilizes HMIC (Hybrid Microwave Integrated Circuits) and CPW (Coplanar Waveguide) structure to implemet two types of circuits. PartⅠ presents narrowband and wideband image rejection mixers with filtering and phasing type structures for applying to LMDS. They achieve 30dB and 20dB image rejection respectively in the desired IF Band. PartⅡ implements Ka Band (34GHz) VCOs, and utilize push-push structure to extend the oscillating frequency to V Band (68GHz). The former shows phase noise of -86dBc at 100kHz offset and 700MHz tuning range. The latter shows phase noise of 93 dBc at 1MHz offset and fundamental rejection of 21dB.en_US
