dc.description.abstract | 化學槽內毒性氣體發生外洩時,由於有效的防患措施設備不易裝設,因此屢屢釀成重大的工安與環保事故。如何降低化學槽內毒性化學氣體外洩所造成的災害,逐漸成為今日工業安全與環境保護的重要課題之一。由於噴霧氣流能產生大量液滴,增加與毒性化學氣體接觸之表面積,而噴霧氣流藉由廣大的表面積與毒性氣體產生化學反應,有效地消減毒性氣體,使得毒性氣體在大氣中的濃度下降。因此建立一個噴霧氣流消減毒性氣體的技術,將有助於提昇暨有設置工廠降低災害事故發生的機率,對於新設工廠製程的安全評估,提供一安全指標,供工廠作為規畫時的重要依據。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Accidental releases of chemical gas frequently cause serious individual matter and ruining of environment, therefore to prevent the chemical emergency for releases of toxic gas is very important nowadays. Liquid sprays can produce a lot of drops to increase surface area. Chemical reactions occurred in the large surface area between the drops and chemical gas molecules. The toxic gas are effectively reduced by reaction. For this reason, to found an applicable technique of liquid spray to mitigate accidental releases of toxic and to provide these information and guide for individual building is very important. | en_US |
