dc.description.abstract近場光碟機採用硬碟機的架構,而且飛行讀取頭被音圈馬達驅動,藉著稀薄氣體流場的氣體壓力,使讀寫頭末端的飛行滑塊維持在碟片上方20nm左右的高度飛行。本研究為了探討氣流對飛行滑塊的影響,在DADS模擬軟體中施加風力,以求得在氣流作用下飛行滑塊的動態行為。在讀寫機制方面,採用多層壓電彎片搭載於讀寫頭,以利近場光碟機的對焦與尋軌,本研究採用ANSYS軟體來模擬壓電材料的位移。實驗中使用雙光束雷射都卜勒干涉儀量測讀寫頭與光碟片表面的位移差和頻譜,俾與模擬的結果做比較。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe flying pickup head of near-field optical disk drives employs the architecture of hard disk drives. The fly height of a slider above the disk is as low as 20 nm or so. For dynamic analysis of the slider subject to airflow, this study applies aerodynamic force in DADS software in simulation. To facilitate reading and writing, a PZT bender is attached to the flying pickup head for focusing and track-seeking. Besides, this research uses ANSYS software to calculate the displacement of PZT under applied voltage. To compare simulation results, displacements difference and frequency spectrum of the flying pickup head and disk surface are measured by a double-beam laser Doppler vibrometer.en_US
