摘要: | 對於分配式混合元件(Distributive Mixing Element)的研究,於以往的專家學者大都以提出不同的流動模型,或是混合元件的實際實驗來當作主要的研究,而提出關於混合元件模擬方面的論文並不多。
而本論文主要的研究目的,便是利用有限元素法(Finite element method)來模擬高分子流體,於六種三組不同的分配式混合元件內部的流動情形,以及流線圖的結果。並藉由高分子於混合元件內的流動情形及流線圖的結果,我們就可以發現流場中高分子流體流動時所存在之缺陷,例如死角、渦流等等。希望藉此能於將來設計出理想的分配式混合元件,以避免上述不良情形的發生。 Most scholar and experts formerly put forward the practical experi -ment of different fluid model or mixing elements as the main research , when mentioning the research of distributive mixing element but not many of them worked out their essays about mixing element in simulation. The goal of my essay is to use finite element method to simulation high molecular polymer form three pairs in six kinds of different distributive mixing element to show the inner fluid conditions and the result of stream lines. Besides , by means of how the distributive mixing element in polymer fluid works and what the stream lines cause , we can find the weakness when high molecular polymer works , such as dead spaces , eddies,…etc., hoping to design newly ideal distributive mixing element to avoid producing bad conditions. |
