從企業的角度探討投資大陸的技術型台商中小企業的籌資策略

Abstract

資金是企業的命脈。因此尋求便捷且成本較低的籌資管道即是重要的企業策略。台資企業在大陸投資目前面臨最大的問題就是籌資的問題。政府對大陸投資目前雖然已經從「戒急用忍」政策改為目前的「積極開放，有效管理」。但是試圖減緩臺商大陸投資計劃，並且在投資資金上做了嚴格的限制的基本精神並沒有改變。因而，有些到大陸發展已見雛型的公司，卻因為台灣母公司受限於政府大陸投資政策的限制下，面臨大陸廠的發展因為資金短缺的窘境，甚至導致錯失企業發展的良機、降低競爭優勢、退出市場。本研究將從臺商中小企業角度評估因應掌握大中華經濟圈的形成與大陸市場開放的商機，臺商中小企業如何規劃未來在中、港、臺兩岸三地的籌資策略，以順應時勢來佈局。 本研究旨在從已經登陸投資的臺商中小企業資金募集的角度探討登陸企業的兩岸經營佈局策略。對於有意赴大陸投資的台商，本研究可以提供登陸佈局策略思考的參考。依據文獻以及產業報告等初級或次級資料，建構出一完整的評估架構，再與實際兩岸台商中小企業廠商，探討臺商中小企業未來在中、港、臺兩岸三地股市的集資策略。

The capital is the most important pillar of an enterprise . Looking for a low cost financing channel has become a important strategy for a enterprise . The major problem that a Taiwanese SME who investing in Mainland China faced is how to getting the capital especial a low-cost capital . Currently , the Taiwan Government attitude has no big change as before . They still try to slow down the By using the technology based Taiwan enterprises operating in China as case study examples, this research investigates the investment environment and risks business operating in China and concludes seven major difficulties encountered by these enterprises. The research proposes measures suggested by executives of case study companies and Mainland investment experts after in depth interviews with them. This research also presents the advice from high level executives of Mainland Hi-tech Industry Development Zone to Taiwanese companies which are planning to do business there.
