摘要: | 在異質性的資訊系統,如何讓企業在現存的應用軟體及使用的資料環境中,使得企業內、外部人員迅速的將產品資料交換與共享,是相當困難的。本研究以國際產品模組資料交換標準ISO 10303 STEP的技術發展,藉由產品資料交換標準化管理,解決企業與企業間多點對多點資訊交換的複雜性問題。而導入產品資料管理的模組架構也有其推行的困難與障礙,本研究先探討PDM Schema詳細功能單元,提出應用PDM產品資料管理系統工具與方法的模式架構。本研究以數位化的辦公空間規劃為例,以整合企業資訊入口網站與企業資源規劃系統之觀點來探討 : 如何利用產品資料管理以縮短設計、製造、交貨、組裝的流程。期使在產品設計到交貨的整個過程中,透過產品資料管理的機制,能更快速反應以滿足客戶的需求,規劃出理想的辦公環境。 Sharing and exchanging product information rapidly among colleagues in a heterogeneous working environment often is difficult when standard information systems and software are used. This research is based on the technical development of International Standard for the exchange of product model data ISO 10303 STEP. We use this standardized product pattern exchange system to manage and solve complicated exchanging information problems among enterprises. It is difficult and impedes the product information management structure. This research studies the detail function of PDM Schema. It presents the pattern how to apply the PDM product information management system as a tool .In this research, we take digital office design as an example and discuss the integration of the information and Internet service provider in enterprises: “how can the product information management be used to shorten the process of design, production, assembly and delivery? ” From the process of product design to goods delivery, we wish we could respond those inquiries from customers immediately based on the product information management and we make an ideal working environment. |
