dc.description.abstract本論文主要是設計、製作、及量測完成一Ku頻帶混成積體電路(MIC)頻率合成器(Synthesizer),其輸出頻率變動範圍自11.901GHz 到 12.147GHz,輸出功率為2dBm左右,在離載波頻率100KHz 處的相位雜訊為73dBc/Hz。其中電路之迴路濾波器,採用集總元件設計製作,而電壓控制震盪器(Voltage Control Oscillator),我們以distributive 設計、製作並量測完成,輸出頻率變動範圍為11.900GHz到 12.688GHz,輸出功率為6dBm以上,相位雜訊在 100KHz 具有 –63dBc/Hz的衰減量。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this project, a Ku-band frequency synthesizer has been successfully designed, fabricated, and measured. The frequency synthesizer is fabricated by hybrid-MIC technique. The output frequency oscillated from 11901MHz to 12147MHz with 2dBm output power, and its phase noise at 100KHz offset is –73dBc/Hz. The VCO part of the Ku-band frequency synthesizer is fabricated by hybrid-MIC technique. The VCO frequency range is from 11900MHz to 12688MHz. Its output power is about 6dBm and its phase noise is –63dBc/Hz at 100KHz.en_US
