dc.description.abstract陰極射線管顯示器(Cathode Ray Tube,CRT)玻璃幕面乃半透明之玻璃,其生產過程中主要會發生之瑕疵包括:刮痕(scratch)、裂痕(crack)、污點(blemish)及氣泡(bubble),而這些瑕疵可能發生於CRT玻璃幕面的內側及外側任一處。 雖然目前電腦視覺與自動檢測演算法已應用於許多製程的自動檢測,然而CRT玻璃幕面之自動視覺檢測系統卻仍未見於相關文獻。由於CRT玻璃幕面需檢測之表面相當大(可達40英吋)且呈3D維度之半透明殼狀玻璃,本論文將設計出幾種影像蒐集機構以減少檢測影像之取像時間,同時本論文也設計了幾種新型的光源系統以輔助瑕疵影像之擷取。 本研究發展之自動視覺檢測系統可直接搭載在CRT玻璃幕面生產線上檢測,最後將以實驗驗證本系統之適用性及有效性。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractCRT screen is made of translucent glass. The major detects of scratch, crack, blemish and bubble may occur on any inside and outside of the screen surface during the production process. Though machine vision systems and automatic inspection algorithms are recently used for many automatic inspection processes, no any research paper about vision inspection system for CRT screen defect detection was found. Because the surface of CRT screen to be inspected is very large (up to 40”) and is formed into a 3D translucent hull, in this paper, we devised several kinds of image collecting mechanisms to reduce the screen image capturing time. We also devised several new lighting systems to assist the above mechanisms in screen defects capturing. The proposed auto-vision inspection system was developed to operate in synchronous with the CRT screen production line. Experimental results show that the propose system can be used to inspect the CRT screen defects efficiently and effectively.en_US
