dc.description.abstract本實驗利用共軛高分子半導體電子遷移率比電洞低的特性,增加順向電壓時,發光二極體中激子形成位置會逐漸遠離電子注入端,朝電洞注入端前進。同時利用共軛高分子旋轉塗佈方便的特性,非常容易製成包含紅綠藍三原色多層結構發光二極體,加高電壓過程,不斷朝電洞注入層前進的激子, 跨過各層交界之後, 將會依序發出紅、綠、藍不同顏色光色。zh_TW
