精簡型知識管理系統架構之研究─以國軍電子參謀系統為例

Abstract

知識經濟的到來，使產業認知知識管理的重要性，指標性的公司紛紛籌建知識管理系統。隨著知識管理系統功能的多元化與複雜化，無形中也提昇了企業在導入知識管理的門檻，在多元化功能下，卻不是所有功能符合企業界所需，在有限的經費與時間內，組織要如何導入一個適當的知識管理系統，便是一個課題。 本研究提出「精簡型知識管理系統之架構」的主要目的，便是希望能協助組織在初期建置知識管理系統時的一個參考依據，並能在時間與預算的考量下，快速導入知識管理系統實施知識管理，享受知識管理所帶來的效益。 關鍵字：知識，知識管理、知識管理系統、文件管理系統

Perceiving the effect of social-economic knowledge, industries have recognized the significance of knowledge management. More and more leading organizations have established and deployed knowledge management system. However, as knowledge management becomes multi-diverse and sophisticated, organizations have encountered difficulties and a threshold of implementing the system. Among multi-diverse features of the system, not all the features can fulfill and coordinate the needs of organizations. Hence to implement the right and appropriate knowledge management system corresponding to budget constraint and time consumption becomes a critical and essential task for organizations. The purpose of simple knowledge management framework is to facilitate organizations to construct their knowledge management framework from the outset, meanwhile organizations are able to gain the benefits and effectiveness through developing knowledge management.
