摘要: | 隨著科技產業的發展及產品快速的大量生產,自動化測試系統已是不可或缺的關鍵,由於電腦科技的進步,我們能夠以電腦為基礎,透過標準化的儀器介面結合各樣量測儀器,完成自動化測試系統。基於電腦的自動化測試系統,可以經由軟體的功能,為產品從開始設計到量產提供一個低成本且高彈性的測試平台。應用最普遍之標準化的儀器介面,是由IEEE出版的IEEE-488儀器介面標準。由自動化測試系統發展的趨勢來看,在自動化量測系統上電腦的軟硬體應用越來越重要,但是在利用目前電腦之軟硬體資源來完成系統實現的方法卻少有文獻討論,有鑑於此,本論文以目前電腦應用最多之PCI匯流排架構結合IEEE-488標準,設計一PCI介面之IEEE-488卡,並在WINDOWS作業系統下發展控制程式,透過軟硬體的結合使電腦能夠與週邊儀器通連,並以虛擬儀器的概念透過應用程式,完成一個自動化測試系統的應用。藉由使用本PCI介面之IEEE-488卡,並透過本論文所發展的控制程式做應用,可將電腦做為IEEE-488介面的儀器來使用,發展一個自動化測試系統,並藉由本論文的實現方法,提供一個彈性實現自動化測試系統的設計概念。 Along with the development of the technology industry and the fast mass production of the products, the automatic testing system becomes more important. Because the progress of the computer technology, we can use the standard interface to link the computer and various instruments to perform an automatic testing system. Because the application of the software, the automatic testing system that based on computers, at product design and manufacturing, can provide a testing platform that is low cost and high flexibility. The IEEE 488 Bus is one of the most widely used standard digital interface for programmable instrumentation. Observe the trend of the automatic testing system development, the software and hardware application of the computer becomes more and more important in automatic testing system. But the few article is discuss the method of how to apply the software and hardware resource of the current computer technique to perform the system realization. Therefore, this thesis uses the applied most bus architecture in current computer - PCI Bus to combine IEEE-488 standard, designing a PCI interfaced IEEE-488 card, and also under the Windows OS develop the control program, combine through the software and hardware make the computer be able to communicate with the peripheral instrument. Also with the concept of the Virtual Instrument through application program, perform an automatic testing system application. By use this PCI interfaced IEEE-488 card, and through applied control program that this thesis develop, can regard as the computer to IEEE-488 interfaced instrument to use to develop a automatic testing system, also by the realization method provide by this thesis, offer the design concept of a automatic testing system of flexible realization. |
