dc.description.abstract在台灣育成已經發展超過十五個年頭,大專院校的育成中心依舊佔有近八成的比例,而民間育成卻持續僅有5% 的比例。國內育成政策方面,一直都有引進民間資源參與育成產業的規劃,然多年下來似乎未見到明顯的成效。 本研究的過程是透過個案實例的觀察與參與、運用質性(民族誌)方法研究與分析、進而找到為民間參與育成的可能方式。 本研究透過實例個案來探討民間資源參與的問題,研究中分為兩條運用的方式來討論。 其一為直接投資參與學校育成中心,引用與探討案例為交通大學育成大樓BOT計畫,依計畫的推展,可以發現到其運作困難點,而這點透過後續的訪談,其實會發現是欠缺民間投資者的觀點所致。 其二是由民間自行設立育成中心並主導經營,引用與探討的案例為雅新實業所設立的創達育成。研究中提出創新育成模式-產業鏈育成模式,在國內代工產業中,透過育成機構,採開放式創新概念,為企業帶來新產品、新技術、新市場的契機。經過長達一年半的觀察與記錄,的確在其運作過程,出現模式規劃中預期的成效。 透過兩個實際案例的探討,我們發現應該再重新民間資源的意涵,因為資金投資存在較高的投資報酬的門檻較難以克服,而能應著重於企業自身的核心能力的發揮,透過適當的育成培育機制設計,達到互助互榮的雙贏目的,為企業帶來未來發展潛能的獲益性與能提升企業形象的社會責任概念,或許能為提供吸引民間資源參與的潛在能量與適切努力方向。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThere are more than 15 years about developing incubator in Taiwan. The majority of incubators are supported by SMEA and mostly are academic incubator in university. Just few incubators are created by private sector. Academic incubators are focus on technology development and belong to Technology Push type in innovation management. When technology product is created and begin to promote into market, we will find the lack of ability in the incubator. So commercialization is the bottleneck of academic incubator in helping start-up company. On the other side, the private sector is good at consumer market and make money in product development. The procedure of this study is observation from cases in practice, using qualitative method (Ethnography), and finding out the possibility way about private sector involvement in incubator development. In this article, two cases were discussed. Case 1: invest the money in helping academic incubator. We found the difficulty from NCTU (National Chiao Tung University) incubator building case and needed investor’s viewpoint to correct the project. Case 2: creat the private incubator. The new incubation model- industry chain incubation model is construct in YaHsin company. From a half and one years observation, we found many benefit of this model in practice. Through the 2 cases of private sector involvement in incubator, we re-recognize the character of resource from private sector and should design a good incubation model for attract potential investment.en_US
