dc.description.abstract本論文展示一個利用金氧半製程,並含表面聲波共振腔的穩定振盪器。此多晶片振盪模組工作於418兆赫,具有頻率鍵控、開關鍵控及振幅鍵控調變的功能。 此晶片以台灣積體電路公司0.35微米金氧半導體製程製作,電源為3伏特,使用三級串接具有回授電阻的反相放大器提供高增益,可以有效的在不增加功率消耗的情況下,縮減起振時間,達到更快的開關鍵控傳送率。共振腔使用中心頻率為418兆赫的表面聲波共振腔晶片;此兩晶片安置於TO-39封裝內成一發射器模組以降低成本。打線電感所帶來的高頻寄生效應對振盪頻率的影響,在文中有許多的討論。信號的輻射則依靠外部印刷電路板上的平面迴路天線,經由適當的天線設計,使用印刷電路板上金屬導線形成的等效電感與電容,來做為天線與發射器電路間的阻抗匹配之用,可取代實體之被動元件,達到無須使用外部元件的目標。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractA 418MHz transmitter with SAW resonator for short range application is presented. The circuit fabricated by TSMC 0.35um CMOS process features with OOK, ASK, and FSK modulations under 3V power supply. A three-stage inverting amplifier is employed to provide high gain for fast start-up and high data rate purpose. The parasitical effect of bonding wire on oscillation frequency is discussed. Using TO-39 metal can package, the CMOS and SAW resonator chips can be put together to form a multi chip transmitter module for cost reduction.en_US
