dc.description.abstract本論文針對應用於數位電視雙向式頂盒前端的多工器與應用於數位電視調諧器晶片的低雜訊放大器與可變增益放大器進行研究,多工器考慮實際元件寄生使用microwave office進行最佳化以求得較準確的表現,低雜訊放大器採用新架構以達到寬頻、低雜訊與高線性的目標,可變增益放大器採用輸入源極耦合對與電晶體二極體連接負載來實現類指數增益控制特性zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to implement diplexer in two-way set-up box applications and low noise amplifier and variable gain amplifier in Digital TV Tuner applications. We take care of the parasitic effect in real components and use microwave office optimization function to achieve more accurate performance. A new architecture is adopted in the first stage low noise amplifier to achieve wideband, low noise and high linearity requirements. To implement a variable gain amplifier with pseudo-exponential gain control function, a source-coupled pair with diode-connected loads is adopteden_US
