摘要: 本研究旨在结合网际网路控制与精密光电量测技术建立远距制程监控与量测的系统,发展具有互动功能佳、跨平台弹性大、无距离限制、人机介面具有即时直觉化等特性的制程监控自动化之程式技术。本文阐述说明系统中所规划说明之透过宽频网路结合资讯传递量测技术影像处理与机器人控制技术,网路系统的规划包括架设一Microsoft .NET Framework伺服平台,结合二阶与三阶层网路架构的优点,撰写ActiveX Control网际网路应用程式、利用TCP/IP通讯协定,完成远距网际网路即时监控与量测讯息的快速传递系统。本系统的实做硬体组件规划包含远距机械手目标追踪、远距机台微振动即时量测与远距影像显微量测三大部分。本研究成果有助于提升精密制造业自动化技术与技术服务品质。
The purpose of the research is to integrate internet remote control and precision Electro-Optical measurement technology to develop the systems of process monitor and remote measurement. The system characteristics are nice interaction platform independent flexibility, limitless distance and immediate intuition for human-machine interface. This is the key technology for the automation of process monitor.
This paper uses the characteristic of Electro-Optical vision measurement technology through Broadband technology to integrate immediate delivery, measurement sign of accept, information of image and server driver control messages. The plan for internet system is based on building the server Platform of .NET Framework and integrating the advantage of internet framework for tow-tier and three-tier to write internet application program for ActiveX Control. To accomplish speedy messages delivery of internet real-time monitor and measurement system.
The hardware of the system include the three parts of remote control robot, real-time measurement and microscopy measurement. We expect it can develop automation technology and quality of technique service in industry through the achievement of the research.
