摘要: 本論文是以實驗方法探討去離子水、濃度為500 ppm和1000 ppm的聚丙醯胺水溶液在矩形管道中的熱傳與壓力降。實驗結果顯示聚丙醯胺水溶液在上層加熱的矩形管道中的確有熱傳增加效果。但是在壓力差方面,其增加幅度卻比熱傳方面大得許多。因此,當在注意黏彈性流體的熱傳增加能力時,壓力差降因素也是不容忽視的。
In this research, experimental studies on the laminar heat transfer and pressure drop of DI water、500 ppm and 1000 ppm aqueous polyacrylamide solutions have been carried out. Present results show that the polyacrylamide solutions really did the heat transfer enhancement in a rectangular duct with upper wall heated. But the magnitudes of pressure drop increment are larger than heat transfer. Therefore, when concerning about the performance of heat transfer enhancement, the pressure drop effect should also be pay attention to.
