dc.description.abstract本文主旨首在模擬分配式混合元件上幾何形狀的改變對於混合效益之影響。藉由改變插閂(pin)的構形,排列上的相對位置,以及插閂數目的分佈多寡做一個探討與分析,並以界面面積比(interfacial area ratio)為混合標的藉此研究其混合程度。 高分子流體的融熔行為主要是依據Tadmor融熔模式,而流體在流道內流動時假設為簡單剪切流動(simple shear flow),進行模擬的軟體採用的是ANSYS,此外理論基礎是建構在有限元素法(finite element method)上。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to simulate the mixedness in various types of distributive mixing elements. With changing different configuration of pins, the relative location of arrangement and the number of pins achieve quantitative analyses. Moreover, the interfacial area ratio is employed to indicate the mixing effect. The polymer melt is according to Tadmor’s melting model and the melt is assumed as simple shear flow. The software adopted to simulate is ANSYS. In addition, the foundation of theorem is based on the finite element method.en_US
