摘要: | 本論文之旨在探討應用於智慧型車輛之影像晶片設計,文中分別提出一內建影像相減之動態偵測電路及光流運算感測電路設計。所設計之動態偵測電路能偵測動態影像像素差異值;光流晶片能偵測移動物體之二維速度向量場。動態偵測電路與2維光流晶片之功能及效能均由模擬驗証完成並整合至一32×32的影像晶片中。經由實際光流晶片測試結果驗證,所設計類比光流運算電路之輸出電壓與輸入電壓關係,與預期之結果相符。此光流晶片使用0.5u DPDM的CMOS製程,總晶片面積為2.3mm×2.3mm 。 This thesis presents a design of vision chips for smart vehicle applications. Two vision chips are presented: one is an integrated movement detection circuit with built-in image difference algorithm, the other is a CMOS image sensor with built-in analog optical flow algorithm. The movement detection circuit computes the image pixel’s difference and outputs this differential signal. The optical flow chip detects 2D velocity vector fields of a moving object. These circuits have been successfully simulated and integrated into a 32×32 sensor chip. The optical flow chip is fabricated with a 0.5u DPDM CMOS process. The chip area is 2.3mm×2.3mm.We verified the optical flow circuits. |
