dc.description.abstract | 本實驗是從化學反應法合成RbGeCl3粉末,利用改變在結晶溶液濃度成功合成RbGeCl3晶體,並以無晶種方式利用幾何淘汰原理成長晶體,接著以先前較佳的晶體作為晶種定向生長晶體,而能獲得沿著(200)面生長的晶體。 從XRD、EPMA、DTA 量測鑑定RbGeCl3晶體的成分與結構與JCPDS所提供資料是一樣的,並得知相變點發生在256.1°c,分解點發生在428°c。另外從紫外光、可見光及紅外光穿透光譜圖來看,我們可知晶體從0.34μm∼20μm為其穿透範圍。 從粉末材料所產生的二倍頻效應對顆粒粉末大小的量測中,可得知非線性材料激發波長及倍頻波長時的折射率與非線性係數值,本實驗得知RbGeCl3晶體的非線性係數值是KDP的1/3,且基頻光時折射率n=1.93(1.064μm),倍頻光時折射率n=1.94(532nm)。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | We have successfully synthesized the new nonlinear material RbGeCl3 powder using the chemical synthesis method. We also get the RbGeCl3 seed crystal when we improve the recrystallized solution concentrations , then regrowth the RbGeCl3 single crystal in (2 0 0 ) direction using the previous crystal. From the XRD、EPMA and DTA data , we prove the RGC crystal is Space group P21/m , phase transition and decomposition point 256.1°c、428°c respectively , and the UV-Visible and FTIR Spectrum results show the transparency range from 0.31~ 20μm . According to the powder second harmonic generation signals, we can know the RGC nonlinear effective coefficients is the KDP, 1/3 and the refractive index is 1.93(λ=532nm) and 1.94 (λ=1.064μm). | en_US |
