dc.description.abstract在本論文中,我們結合主動諧波鎖模和被動偏振疊加波鎖模的技術成功地建立了一個可以產生1~10GHz脈衝重覆率,飛秒級脈衝寬度,SMSR大於70dB,平均功率大於30mW的超短脈衝雷射光源。此雷射架構利用非同步調變和光固子在共振腔傳播來產生穩定的脈衝序列輸出。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn the thesis, by combining the techiques of active harmonic mode-locking and passive polarization rotation additive pulse mode-locking(P-APM), we successfully set up an ultra-short pulse laser source with 1-10 gigahertz repetition rate, femtosecond pulsewidth, above 70dB super-mode suppression ratio(SMSR), and the average power larger than 30mW. The laser configuration utilizes the combination of asynchronous modulation and soliton-like propagation in the cavity, and can generate very stable optical pulse trains.en_US
