摘要: | 在本论文中,我们结合主动谐波锁模和被动偏振叠加波锁模的技术成功地建立了一个可以产生1~10GHz脉冲重覆率,飞秒级脉冲宽度,SMSR大于70dB,平均功率大于30mW的超短脉冲雷射光源。此雷射架构利用非同步调变和光固子在共振腔传播来产生稳定的脉冲序列输出。 In the thesis, by combining the techiques of active harmonic mode-locking and passive polarization rotation additive pulse mode-locking(P-APM), we successfully set up an ultra-short pulse laser source with 1-10 gigahertz repetition rate, femtosecond pulsewidth, above 70dB super-mode suppression ratio(SMSR), and the average power larger than 30mW. The laser configuration utilizes the combination of asynchronous modulation and soliton-like propagation in the cavity, and can generate very stable optical pulse trains. |
